I'm not a big sparkling wine fan but I do like the Amplexus from Toad Hollow Vineyards. I opened a bottle a couple of days ago and I'm finishing it off right now. It isn't TOO anything. Not too bubbly and not too sweet. I enjoy it with Sunday brunch.

If you like "not too sweet, not too dry" then you should try the Demi Sec from Gruet Winery in New Mexico. It's balanced and crisp. Oh, and it tastes way more expensive than $16.99!!
Wanting to be different last night when I went to a bar with a friend, I ordered a glass of white wine. Chardonnay. I always forget, though, that Chardonnay is the very sweet one, which I just don't like.
Retired single mom whose baby is all grown up so now it is just me. Not leaving Las Vegas yet but planning and spend more time traveling and searching out good food and wine.

Ty: Thanks for the info and I'll be sure to look for the Gruet. Jenny, do you like Savignon Blanc?
